​My name is Sharon Weiss. For over 35 years, I have worked with students from Pre-Kindergarten through adulthood to strengthen their executive functioning skills. I understand that each individual's journey is unique, having struggled through school myself, but managed to hone in on my strengths. As a child and all through my adult life, I worked hard to accomplish what I set out to do. I was eventually diagnosed with ADHD.  As life began to throw me many curve balls and my stress increased, I needed to practice what I had been teaching for many years on myself.  I started to realize adults needed executive functioning skills as much as children. I changed my focus from working with children to working with adults.  I knew it was time to empower adults to recognize which executive functioning skills were lacking and turn those downfalls into strengths. We have many more demands today, and all benefit from coaching, practice, and guidance. Since I started, I have successfully supported many adults in obtaining jobs and mentoring them toward continued success. The success of my past clients is a testament to the adaptability and effectiveness of my approach. I would love to help you to succeed in your journey.
